I don't quite understand the question, I'm afraid. Are you asking whether all team members need to join the jam? Then the answer to that is yes, as we'll need that during the submission and rating process. 

You each register individually (joining the jam with your own itch accounts) and then add each member as a collaborator on the game project page on itch.
