It's definitely a playable game, and one with a distinct loss condition as well. If you die, the ui gets overlayed on top of itself, and I think we could have stood to see more by zooming out the camera. Overall, I enjoyed it!

Solid entry, is a little rough around the edges though could use a bit of polish. Shooting is great and the controls feel responsive.

I was getting caught on the corners of cliffs, the hitboxes to stop you from walking near are very large near some of the corners. Also you can clip your head underneath the cliff from the bottom, gotta check that ysort. And obviously, it would benefit from a few sounds. The camera was very close, and I feel like you would have benefited from zooming it out a good bit.

Good entry, I think you could continue working on this after the jam and really work on polishing a lot of the gameplay elements. Good work!

Cool game. It doesn't do much & it need a lot of polishing but the main game loop is there & it works well.

A few pointers for your next games or if you want to keep working on this one:
-Be mindfull of pixel size consistency. the pixels on your player were a lot bigger than the one in the environment around. It makes it looks out of place.
-The camera was a bit too zoomed in. it's always better to be able to see your surrounding a bit more to anticipate ennemies and navigate easily.
- Avoid Spawning ennemies too close from the player. It's always better to spawn them out of the field of view or give a warning of where they are gonna spawn so the player have time to avoid them. (I died because a zombie spawned right on me ^^)

Congrats on submitting ! keep going at it :)
