Very nice game! I included it in my compilation video series of all of the GBJam 5 games, if you'd like to take a look :)
Conceptually it's pretty much just "Roguelight in 3D", but you've executed it really well! The simple atmospheric audio goes a long way towards making it creepy too.
I like that the arrow is the weapon and light source at the same time, I like it!
I'm amazed at how scary this game was.
