Barely managed to get past the start, the jump is so inconsistent and feels very out of control

The jump is very inconsistent, preventing me from progressing at many points. Since the game is at its core a vertical platformer, it is important that the jumping mechanic is as smooth as possible.

The controlls definitely take some getting used to, especially the dash was giving me some trouble, but it's a fun challenge really feeling like a Gameboy game!

Felt like a Gameboy game for sure! Also reminded me a lot of Kid Icarus.

Very cool world and use of different palettes! The controls were a bit slippery (the jump in the air felt a bit inconsistent), but a fun challenge. Felt authentic.

Her little wave animation was so cute!

This really feels like a gameboy game! It's incredibly hard to control though, the character feels really slippery and I couldn't get very far. Good job nonetheless!
