I had fun with the game, cool concept and the palette and music were really nice for the atmosphere.
I did find the hitboxes and one-hit deaths a little unforgiving though, including several deaths before realizing that the player character and enemies can move behind and through the drill, that felt a bit strange to get used to.
I also noticed you could escape what appear to be the level boundaries, and move into the void. I think I did hit some actual bounds when I tried moving away but I couldn’t tell for sure, worth looking into.
Great work on the game!
The music is awesome. I also love the palette. The single hit death is brutal, but I still went back for more. Good job!
Since you can run away and spam shoot, turrets are kinda pointless. Maybe the aliens should try to destroy the drill so you actually need the tturrets!
The music is awesome and the concept is pretty interesting!
Music is great, and I like the neon colour palette!
I should probably be stopped from spamming the shooting key, as it made the game quite easy.
On the other hand, 1 hit insta death made it a bit frustrating. Unfortunately, that did not balance it out in a satisfying way.
I appreciated the tether as a mechanic to keep me from getting lost.
Overall, nice lil game =)
Thank you, I appreciate the feedback. That's something I was thinking about but the submissions were about to end.

This is a version with a bigger screen size, also I made it to where you can full screen the game with the button at the button right.
Nice game, that's a pity it's so small on the screen, make a bigger version and reference it in the comments :)
Thank you, I did exactly as you said.
