Really great premise. Well executed with the theme and story. It would have been nice to have some effort sounds. Also, it was really hard to control when jumping. I got on the shelves once, but then couldn't figure out how to get back. I really like the shrink/grow mechanic.
I love, love, love the music! Can you post a link to that track? I really like it.
Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm really glad you enjoyed the theme, story, and especially the music — that means a lot to me! π
I appreciate your notes about the jumping controls and the lack of effort sounds — those are definitely things I want to improve. The shelves can be a bit tricky right now, so thanks for sticking with it. I'm also happy you liked the shrink/grow mechanic — it was a core idea I really wanted to explore.
And I'm thrilled you loved the music! Here's a link to the track:
Thanks again for playing and for taking the time to share your thoughts!
Sadly the link didn't post. Could you try posting it on the main game page?
Congrats on completing your game, I really enjoyed playing it. The growth/shrink mechanic is really unique and adds a layer of depth to the gameplay. I had to think for a sec on how to collect some of the items. When going into the maze, the camera got a bit finnicky and I had a little trouble finding my way back out. Overall I had a lot of fun!
Hey, thank you so much — and sorry for the late reply!
I'm really glad you enjoyed the game! It means a lot to hear that the shrink/grow mechanic stood out — I wanted it to add a bit of puzzle-like thinking to the experience, so it's awesome to know it made you stop and think. π
Thanks for pointing out the issue with the maze camera — that's super helpful feedback. It's definitely something I'll try to improve in future.
Really appreciate you taking the time to play and share your thoughts!
