I think you should be able to hold down the shoot button to rapid fire. The enemies should have a tile around where they spawn.
The movement felt good and I liked the sound effects.

You should randomize spawn positions of enemies, as there is a very simple tactic to win the game now: just stay in the center and shoot to the corners one by one.

I may be a sucker for vampire-survivor-likes, but this was pretty fun! I honestly think the sound effects add to the charm & the artstyle, (while minimalist) is consistent. A respectable title for one of your first games :)
Fast to grasp who is enemy and who is player. Nice sound effects, like it.
The camera could be a bit smoother might add some lagg to it. The arrows could be pointing in the direction they are moving. Sometimes a bit hard to see where they are going.
