I liked this very much, simple defence game. Though I found it very punishing that I couldn't move the defences between rounds. The new defences didn't seem to be enough when the number of enemies increased. The sniper tower also seemed to attack in a direction even though the attack zone was a circle, plus the range seemed infinite?

Good work, it did hold me for a couple of rounds, just messing with the different defence types :D

I'm glad you enjoyed it! The sniper tower was the last thing i made, and i finished it literally minutes before the jam was over, so it would not surprise me if its broken lol. balancing the difficulty and resources is definitely gonna be a major focus for the completed version of the game

I liked the tower defense mechanic :p
If you continue this project after the jam to polish it a bit it could become a good little game !

thanks! I'm pretty happy with the concept of the game but I definitely think I could do it better, so I'm thinking I will probably work on it after the jam to make a full version

I really like the concept of this game. It has simple mechanics but is yet very challenging. But I found one problem: If you move your people far away from the zombies, the zombies just leave and afterwards nothing happens anymore. Neither was I able to construct more buildings nor did any new zombie waves occur.

Thanks for the feedback! the zombies are set to just move forward when they don't have a target, so it's not too surprising they just end up walking off the map, sadly I didn't have time to find a better way to handle their AI. I may revisits this game  when the jam is over though, so the heads up is appreciated

Quick note: I also used  Zombie and Character sprites/animations made by cuddle bug, but wasn't able to put it in the submission, credits and links are still on the game page tho
