I love it.  Music was on point too.  At first time I played it I think I skip the train dialog and could not found out the murder place.

Second Normal Play was too easy with finger prints but I understand the other one would be too hard.

Now what I enjoyed most was the Hard mode and the discovery of events actually was simulated in cameras. I reduced the suspects to 1 by using the camera records and actually tracked her down by cameras because there was no receipt but this is the part I hate. The suspect was not working and police knew where she live as city but there was no information on house address. I tried to search the houses 1 by 1 but another innocent died before I could find the house of the murderer.   I went to the third crime scene and on the way look out the train station records and get 100% sure my suspect was the murderer.   The only problem left was trying to find her. Third deed was done by using a gun so I checked the local gun shops but the gun was not purchased here but I knew where the murderer was coming from so I went back there to check the gun shops there but here is the killer part. I FOUND HER IN THE  ARRIVING STATION.  I took finger prints and accused her later.

After that all I had to do was to watch sweet cut scenes.

love the music, the whole game is a vibe.

I wasn't able to find this in game, but it would be nice if the unemployed suspects had their houses labeled (or maybe a way to look up suspects addresses in like yellow pages or something if you want to preserve the old-fashioned-ness). Better than wasting a bunch of time traveling to every house in a location looking for a single suspect.

I would love to see this game developed out further, I like the idea and was really stoked to play, but I'm definitely left wanting more exploration of the concept. I was hoping there would be: investigating to find motivation, investigating to find people's routines, interrogating witnesses and such (judging from the unused "talk" option, it looks like you wanted to add some of this stuff and didn't have the time for it yet).

Good luck with your continued development! This game was dope!

As a heads up, I got an error when generating the harder case, I submitted it to the git repo if you end up working on this project further later on.

Massive thanks for all the feedback, will look into the error. And yes, time constraints stopped me from doing a lot, but I'd love to carry on making this!

I'm very impressed by the game's scope and style. 'Break the case' comic sequence is especially unexpected and good.

Great job!
