I am proud to announce it has been developed more and turned into a more polished game

Just letting you know I have finished it now :)

He is now in the game

Just letting you know I have finished it now :)

Thanks for giving it another try, that's a known bug because we were VERY short for time :(

Thanks for streaming my game. I tried to play yours but my humble laptop CANNOT run it, I'm so sorry.

This is a masterclass in game feel, you made hitting combos on the enemies really satisfying. Not to mention I love the artstyle and the music (also i have to ask was the music inspired by deltarune because i swear i can hear similarities)

You overestimate my skill

Jokes aside, this was actually a really fun game once I figured out what I was supposed to be doing. The music that started playing once I hit a combo was a nice touch, and you definitely made winning feel satisfying. Also, I love that the main mechanic carries some risk since your own blocks can kill you. Good job!!

I love how it adapts to the last thing you did; I can tell a lot of good design decisions went into this to encourage players to think outside of the box. Good job!!

This is poorly explained but the thingy you have to pick up is the code block, not the file

This game is very fun! It took me a few tries to work out what the stats actually mean, but once I understood the game, it turned out to be well-designed and with a good aesthetic. My current strat is to fill the deck with hollows and then use that card that damages every enemy with the same type as the front one.

This is a really cool concept; any game that's a twist on the Ace Attorney style is good in my eyes. With some sound design + more polish the game could be really good.

Fellow Scratch game :)

The physics is really well done, and it's a good twist on Getting Over It.

The way the music was integrated was satisfying, and nice puzzle designs!

This game had a perfect level of challenge, it's able to make you panic while still allowing you to recover from your mistakes. The art and music was very charming. Not to mention a creative concept.

(also +10000 points for making the eating line up with the music)

Thanks, I'm glad that you picked that up, since I really tried to make sure that the strategy wasn't just stacking loops. Would have loved to add more content, and fix the interface, but I ran out of time...

No worries thanks for playing :)

Oh those are the security cameras lol

Strange, the innocent ending is the only true ending so you may have found a bug

Haha thanks I appreciate that

Which part are you on?

Fixed

Thanks for the feedback. I made this in only 2 weeks so wasn't able to finish it, and there are a lot of things I would have done differently now. Who knows, maybe one day?

Damnnn this one is so good, the combat feels responsive and fair, love the parry system, the execute is a great touch and feels super satisfying. Also a great tutorial.

Well designed, the mechanics are taught in an intuitive way and the combat is challenging while still satisfying. Good job!

The mechanic is definitely unique, I'm sure I've never seen a combat system like this. The game has lots of character and I love the art, especially when he's pointing the gun at you. It's fun to juggle all of the mechanics. I think that you could improve the battles by making them tend to be shorter rather than longer (by increasing damage or decreasing max hp) since the final one felt like a stalemate for the longest time. But apart from that, great game!

First of all, I love the aesthetic - I can't tell if it's trying to be cute or ominous but it definitely succeeds at both (especially the foreboding feeling when night falls). The music is also great and fits the vibe perfectly. When the first boss hit I realised I thought I had a LOT to manage at one time (energy, moving sheep, waking them up, keeping them near the middle etc.) and got destroyed, but by the second time I realised that the game was actually prety fair. I also hate paying taxes. Very good game.

The fights are fun and the combat system is pretty unique, although the last fight felt a little dragged out and I think you could make the sections a bit shorter without losing any gameplay value. Also, the graphics are cool. Good game overall!

I liked the stunning mechanic; it was intuitive to figure out how you could kill each boss. A few things to improve: some of the attacks weren't telegraphed enough, like the 2nd boss that instantly flicks around to the other side. Also, the boundaries were invisible which screwed me over a few times. But apart from that, the gameplay is fun, and the graphics are good too!

Love the fast-paced gameplay and tight controls to match. The bosses are well-designed and fair, and there's a good variety between the three, although I would have loved to see more chances for melee attacks rather than ranged since it fits the idea more (Balancing around melee-only would probably take a lot of work. Maybe weakening them in the early phases with ranged, then going in for the kill with melee?) But regardless, one of the most fun games of the jam and executed very well.

The level spinning mechanic is well implemented, and made me have to think about how to escape the boss. I like that you have to take a risk by blindly falling to gain more speed instead of walking normally on the floor (but being slower).

Clean design; the game looks really good. The controls seemed kind of unwieldy but I eventually got used to them. The gameplay was still hella fun, as well as experimenting with different builds.

Ignore what everyone else says, melee is busted

Does a good job of building story and atmosphere, the graphics and boss designs are cool as well. Some attacks aren't telegraphed enough but overall the gameplay feels fair.

Loved it, definitely one of the most unique game jams I've seen. Nothing comes close to the power I felt when I created the ultimate weapon, the fire circle manifold spin leech bow. Fits the theme kind of loosely though. But you can definitely do a lot with this concept. (+points for a good tutorial)

This game is well-polished and it's fun to just watch the guys fight. Also the wheel feels nice to spin. There wasn't too much strategy present, but I love gambling so it's fine (you could improve by giving more info to the player so they can adapt the wheel accordingly)

Love the art style, very polished overall and the main spinning around asteroids mechanic is well implemented.

Love the grappling hook mechanic, the movement feels pretty satisfying overall.

This game is definitely one of the best-designed and fun ones in the jam; all of the bosses felt fair and telegraphed yet challenging. The main mechanic uses them theme very well and manages to be satisfying. Also looks and sounds good. very nice (also any game with a time stop is a 10/10)

Thanks for playing; did you use the web version or the downloadable one? Also, I didn't have time to balance the second boss, so it's understandable that you found him too hard.

Very fun, the 3d perspective takes some getting used to but the attacks are fair and well-designed. Also love the presentation.
