Loved the game, it took me a bit to understand how to play but once I did everything flowed, managed to get 5 fish in one run! I like what you did with the particles systems, music and sound design
That’s awesome! The tutorial is intended to kill you through your third run, so it sounds like you got through it and started really battling the reaper. My highest is 35. By then it’s less about improving your skill, and more just how much time you’d like to spend in the world. Cheers!
Feels very abstract in its premise and visual style. Gameplay can be a bit slow to understand, but each time I played it, I was able to get one additional fish -- which I guess was the intent. Probably won't be for everyone, but I liked it.
Amazing.
There's a game-breaking bug when catching fish on Firefox, so I had to use Chromium. The concept is interesting and the visuals are nice for what they are. I like the sound design, it's really well made, especially the audio cues. There should be a bit more clear information on how to play the game as it's a bit vague. I managed to catch 2 fish at best.
Thanks for reporting. I just released an update that introduces experimental Firefox support. Beware that the game does not sound as intended in Firefox. However, it is now playable.
I like the music and the visual style is cool too. I wasn't sure what all of the controls were though. It would be helpful if in the pause menu or something you could see which buttons do what. Also adding in a visual indicator of the reel and casting actions would help me understand what was going on. I caught the first fish somehow, but I couldn't seem to catch any more.
Like the simple graphics and the vibe of this game. Had some trouble getting that second fish on the second level but its an interesting concept.
