Quite the world you've built in a short time. It would really help the 3D platforming if you add a (fake) drop shadow under the characters' feet, with this flat shading it's really hard to figure out where you are in space. Not sure where I missed a mushroom but I only got to 82!

There is sound, but it might not work properly on some browsers, if that's the case I recommend the Windows version.
