Jam Host

Hello! Welcome to Feedback Quest 6! My name's Hythrain, and I'm one of the hosts and streamers for this event! This feedback is being written live on my stream.

An interesting concept, something that someone described as a hybrid between chess and Pac-Man. It was certainly interesting to play, but also frustrating. Not only are there times where it felt like a ghost appeared only to disappear and be gone for a while, there was also the fact that ghosts could move diagonally while the player can't.

What would go a long way to help are power-ups and tools for detecting ghosts. For example, a power-up that could let you move twice for each single ghost movement, or a tool that can only be used every so many turns to expose all ghosts in an area. This is especially needed in the latter levels, where you can much more easily get ghosts that just made diagonal lines over green squares, rendering them completely invisible.

not sure I got the movement pattern of the ghosts, but I would love if they would be predictable but not easily predictable, that would make a very puzzle chess like experience.

I like the kinda surreal color scheme as well
