Hello! I was one of the streamers who took part in Feedback Quest, and I'm here to leave some comments I had while playing.
To begin, I do think the art is nice and the story is easy to follow but beyond this I don't have anymore positive feedback.
While it may not be the case in the full version, the demo has absolutely no input from players. There are no choices to make, no minigames, nothing. It was effectively no different than watching a TV show. Even in a demo, there needs to be choice so players can get more invested.
When I started, the story felt comedic but strange. Grendel's telling of a story that someone else clearly wrote for her was kind of funny, and her interactions with the PC character in the flashback cracked me up. If this was the direction everything stayed in, I wouldn't have much else to comment on. However, towards the end of the demo things suddenly turn very serious and dark in a way that causes whiplash. It's possible this isn't what it seems when in the full version, but it does give me pause to even think about continuing. Part of me feels like it should continue with the comedy aspect of the player character being forced into doing things for Grendel.
Also, that teacher is just stupid and I hate her character. Absent-minded stupidity is aggravating. It would be better if, instead of her just trusting Grendel as she does and being worried about herself when discovering the PC character in the locker, she instead was more into trying to give Grendel her own way out of fear of Grendel's parents.

Hello
Yes, the full game has a fair few options. Quite a few visual novels have demos with no options in , so it's not unprecedented, and there wasn't really any logical need for them to start with.
Don't forget this visual novel is a comedy/drama one, and not solely a comedic. I do mostly use the comedic aspect to keep players unaware of something that's about to happen. I also don't shy away from bad things happening to people (although not in this episode) - after all the series is about an organisation that wants to take over the world and their methods aren't always exactly ethical.
Actually, I hadn't added the comedy/drama bit in the description - bit of mistake there on my part. All added now though.
Miss Potts doesn't fear Grendel's parents per se (although she probably knows what they are capable of), but she is loyal to them. She does also likes Grendel as well (being one of a few students who "doesn't just muck around in class"). There is more detail about schooling, and Miss Potts's class in No Regrets.
Thanks for the feedback, though.
I played through the whole demo.
The story was easy to understand without having played the first one, that's nice. It's quite funny but a bit lengthy at times, and the lack of interactivity (choices, minigames) hurst the game a bit. Visually, it's nice. It's hard to give more game jam style feedback than that on a follow up visual novel, but I hope it helps. Good luck!
