Fantastic idea for a game! The player has to manage between sight and health quite often. The only problems I have are

The jump button should be space (just personal preference)
There should be some sort of enemy or harder obstacle
More objects to interact with!
Minor grammar and spelling mistakes in the tutorial text

Other than that you have a very original game! I hope to see more :)

I loved this. Simple feel and I liked the amnesiac feel of the mental health. It was challenging to balance the two. I found the exit based on sheer luck a couple of times.
