I got to 31. It seems like the game would eventually become unfair due to not have enough time to turn, but I'm not sure when that would be. As a quick arcade game, it definitely works.
Interesting concept! Made it to 24, but it gets real reflex-based after 20! Trains my pattern alignment skill
