I really loved this; this is prime creepy pasta material. The game has so much character; the music and art are fantastic

My feedback for Play with Kitty!:

What the game does well:

The game has originality. I don't think I've seen a pet game where you're given the option to kill a newborn kitten.

What the game doesn't do well:

I didn't understand this game's incorporation of the theme 'inside out'. By your definition, every single game to ever exist incorporates the theme, since there's not a single game that can be played without any interaction from a player(s) on the outside.

To my knowledge, the actions I'm allowed to do (feed, play, and clean up after the kitten) don't affect the game in any way other than to give the player some lines of dialog.

Areas of Opportunity:

There's many ways to tie the gameplay with the theme. As someone in the comments already pointed out there's a contrast between the child-like graphics and horror content. The game could be about how outside appearances don't always define inner intentions. Happy Tree Friends is a good example of this juxtaposition. The player's actions, then, can do more than just provide dialog and affect the gameplay in line with this theme.

You also gave players a trigger warning, which is always good. I would recommend putting that into the game itself in case players skip your game's description. (You may consider adding ableism to that trigger warning, since the game decides to kill the kitten simply for being deformed.)

I hope this feedback helps for your future games!

I loved it!!!! I thought it was just a cute kitty game but the plot twist made me gasp. I like the contrast between the child-like drawings and the horror aspects. The audio throughout is really nice and charming and creepy at the same time, I love it.

Wow! That's all I can say.

A dark tale of twists and turns. I can say I was truly shocked. Good  for a laugh, if you're sadist!

I like the way the music changed from day to day to be creepier and creepier. The characters were very funny looking.

Nice job!
