Great use of the theme! I come from a RPG Maker background so glad to see some representation in the jam. The overall presentation was strong. The voice acting was very well done and I wish there was more of it. In the ending cutscene, the music drowned out the VA a bit. The sprites, tilesets, and face graphics were great; as well as the few CG art cutscenes. I do agree with the commenter that using some kind of blurred background would be preferable to a black screen during those sequences. I did encounter several passability errors and a few typos but nothing game breaking. It would have been nice to have been able to save and reload at important story points without having to play through the entire game again, given the limited gameplay and story decisions. I got ending A in the end. Not the most original story but it was well executed. Stellar work overall!

I really liked the authentic voice actors and the overall music/sound design choices you made. Would have been nice if  Case-View also  had some kind of acoustical feedback. The intro also might benefit from a (maybe blurred) backround. Only black felt a little empfty. At first I wasn't sure if the story would keep me interested long enough but then I found it quite engaging and played til the end. I found zero bugs but also wasn't pushing for it. The objectives were clear and well-embedded.  To me, that's very important because I quickly lose interest when assignments are unclear or controls  are  unituitive.

Enjoyed the story, got Endings A and C. There were a few softlocks though - entering the apartment as Ces before investigating with Russell, using the apartment card in your inventory before going into the apartment. There were also a few areas with slightly faulty collision. However these did not affect the overall gameplay experience, and I enjoyed the game.

Thanks for playing, and I’m glad you liked it! Great to hear that you went for multiple endings! I’ll be sure to revisit and touch up the game a bit more after the jam.
