Not a problem! Just submit the game page before the end of the jam, and update after the jam's over. Incomplete games are totally okay to submit.

You can either submit a WIP or finish the game after the jam, and I'm happy to play it.
So long as you create a game page and submit it before the deadline, things will work out fine.
