Fixing it for the next version. 

I don't mind sharing the code. I'll clean it up a bit and make it into a public package.  Perhaps surprising: I don't use the physics engine. I'm computing forces, velocities , position and rotations myself. I think the physics engine is a bit buggy, or more likely, i don't understand it.
