  • Very reminiscent of Downwell, but didn't quite capture the elegance of a singular mechanic doing multiple things. This was still a good entry regardless of that.
  • Beautiful art and theme, beautiful game! Once I got used to the feel of the game I was SAILING and it was tons of fun! The enemies were a pretty steep spike of difficulty that hit out of nowhere at times, but the progression otherwise felt natural and allowed for time to learn and master the mechanic. A loose demonstration of the theme, but great game overall.
  • Really great idea, although the controls are tough to get the hang of, and dealing with enemies was a little frustrating at times. But overall, I think the gameplay is pretty satisfying, and the art style is great.

How does the game fit into the theme?
The goal of the game is to keep moving forward through the level. You can't reach the next level until you get to the top !

What premade assets did you use if any?
None, I made everything from scratch :)

What are the Discord usernames of everyone on your team?
I don't have Discord sorry.

Did you use MiniScript for your entry?

No

Did you use Playroom for your entry?

No

Jam Judge

Hi, I'm hedge one of your judges! Played at https://twitch.tv/hedge_in at 1:40:25 <3 (Part 2)

It's a very interesting idea, the mechanics, but it's like complicated controls. These stupid arrows, they are generally reduced on my laptop, because they are never used)

Nice! I found the mechanics and the way you interpreted the theme very original. The game also feels great, the art and music work perfectly and the polish is very nice.

Great job! :D

Feels so polished!

This is the best game I've played so far. It was fun, had cool visuals, the music was very fitting and it is a creative and fun interpretation of the theme.

The control scheme is a little weird, I feel like there could have been a better input method for the grappling and throwing.

That being said, YOU MADE UP WELL YOU MADMAN! I love it, it has potential for way more content and cool synergy. Really like that one.

Good job!

Bone Jour, I am contractually obliged to play anything somewhat connected to bones...

And this was a Skele-Ton of fun, perfectly skull-pted and with cool little details between the levels. Great job!

God does this rule! I’m being a little unfair to the rest of the jam by spending so much time with this one :)

Boinging off the grapple is just so satisfying, it’s irresistible.

Great work here!

Amazing! Seems heavily influenced from Downwell and the execution is on point all-round. Good stuff!

I actually love this. One of the hidden gems. It feels clean, polished and well done. Would def love a version to play on steam with better controls

I really liked your game! I found it a bit difficult to understand at first, but it was really cool that there were upgrades at each stage, really cool man.
