How does your game fit the theme?
When the player defeats an enemy (an end), the game world is randomly altered (a new beginning). some of the changes are subtle, like the enemy spawn rate slightly changing, and some are more obvious, like swapping the players weapon, or teleporting them to a different location.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code myself, and made all of the music myself. the only assets i used that weren't my own were a tileset for the walls, and sound effects for the weapons.

Although it lacks polish it has some really good movement and shooting mechanics, the shotgun felt especially satisfying. For your first game jam this is a great entry, keep it up!
