In what way does your game fit the theme?
Your companion(the hexagon thing) and you(The player) work together to be stronger so you can survive and defend the waves from enemies.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code but I used some assets like 2D sprite glow from elringus(credit: https://github.com/Elringus/SpriteGlow) and EZcameraShake from andersonaddo(credit: https://github.com/andersonaddo/EZ-Camera-Shake-Unity) and that's all of em(I think?).

I made it to level 9! I liked the companions and thought that it gave the base defense genre a nice twist. If you were to develop this game further, I'd say add upgrades, and some way to restore health. I enjoyed it! Good job
