In what way does your game fit the theme?
The Player is an Alien who can Rewind the time and come back to the starting position. That helps (or not:)) to get out from some strange building, where all the doors are closed.

I'm very sorry for that, but I accidentally uploaded two versions for Linux. Here is the Windows version: https://daiman.itch.io/tiny-rewind-alien-windows

Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Code, SFX and sprites are made by me from scratch, only for background theme I used third-party asset.

Wow, a simple and fun puzzle game, nice! I really like the cute aliens, ngl. The mechanics is simple, yet opens up different interesting puzzles. Visuals and audio presentation is very well done, great job!

It's such a shame you got so little ratings/attention, even though you made such a good game in under one week all by yourself :(.

If I HAVE to give a criticism, is that the rewind feature is kinda dubious at best, it just teleports you to the start. Theme is kinda shaky.

Hi! Thank you for the review and such positive feedback.

That was my first Game Jam and probably the last one. What I realized here is that Game Jam is not about games, it is about talks. You have to promote your game to the community, otherwise it will not be rated at all. I really spent 1 week of sleepless nights to make the game and just went to vacation after that, so that didn't have enough time to promote it. In the end I've got only a few reviews. It's pity.

But, I learned how to make game from scratch and how to finish it  (at least at some point).

The pacing of the level was good and the mechanics are simple which made them easy to understand

Thanks for the feedback:) I would like to make more levels, but finished my game just several hours before the deadline, so I planned to increase the complexity and add more obstacles, but in one week it was too hard for me:)

Hi! Yep, my game is inspired by that one, though I honestly didn't know  that it won. This is my first ever game and I wanted to try something simple and what I like. I've spent the whole week on developing it, including designing sprites, learning Unity, C# and making SFX by scratching plastic things over my table:) And in the end I hope it makes fun for players. I hope you tried it at least once to make such opinion, as I really worked hard. Thank you for the review, anyways:)
