Interesting idea to make a puzzle where you need to manage a few units.

I want a different selection system. For example, let the player draw a boundary rectangle over the units to select them.

Love the concept, nice graphics, The way to select the ants is a little confusing, I think i will be better if by double clicking it select one ant, and single click or shift click will select other ants, and tab all the ants. Somethin like that

Congrats on your submission to the gamejam, well done as a single dev. I like the art of the little ants. I think the controls are a bit clunky. Often I tried to select or deselect ants and it didn't properly do it, which was a little frustrated sometimes. I love the puzzle elements you added to it.
