I would have loved to rate the game but it's not allowing me, I'll still leave my review. The game is an interesting take on the vampire survivor genre, The visuals were really nice. The game itself felt too hard, as I wasn't doing much damage and all the collectable ended up mixed in the pile of enemies. Other than that, the game has potential.

You have to risk your life and get past Ancient God and his minions, to hopefully achieve peace.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All code was made from scratch, but i used my own combat and movement systems from my previous project. Everything was hand made, without use of generative AI.

The Tower of BiscuitsGreat surviors game, it is fun to play. One thing is the tiny green slime enemies have too much health, and there will be tons of this enemies after 2 minutes, and if they died at the same time, the game will be laggy and get stucked.

Take The PlungeThanks for nice review! Falling anvils have a really satisfying animation, personally my favorite ability. But im actually "re-branding" my game so it looks more creepy and more "Lovecraftian". So, i don't really know, leave anvil as it is or redesign it. I will play your game too as soon as im avaible!
I didn't make it to a boss - the web version does get a bit laggy as you suggest, but a nice simple survivors with a metagame around it
