What engine is this made on? Impressive work. I really liked the visual style and the shadow work.

Developer

No engine actually, just the C library raylib for drawing and collisions. we both picked up the Zig programming language recently and decided to use it for the jam as a learning experience!

I love how the art style compliments the gameplay. As the another commenter pointed out the footsteps are a nice touch and because you play with limited visibility the pixel art makes them stand out even more.
I wish the throwing rock mechanic was utilized more; none of them died from a rock to the head :(
Overall a really enjoyable experience!

Very good point on the rock, it was sadly really underutilized :(

Nice minimal art style really works well for this style of game!
