How does the game fit the theme?
You can only die by not being careful, the game gets exponential harder if you mess up. when you throw the projectiles they can duplicate and become a big problem for the player, however you have to fire in order to progress. the unpredictable nature of these projectiles poses the question, what could go wrong. overall it is a high risk high reward scenario.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Non applicable.

Nice artstyle ! At first I didn't understand what to do but I finally got it.

I didn't understand any of it ngl. I don't see how the theme come into play and what defines winning and not winning. I like the art.

I didn't quite understand what I had to shoot down and how. Are the x symbols the player projectiles?

Developer

yeah those are the player projectiles and the goal is to shoot the coins. the player projectiles also hurt the player

This is an interesting concept. Bumping into the sitting figure in the center made it disappear but I still collided with it.

Developer

i might fix this if i get some motivation but im kind of over the project
