Wow I really like your game, You Had what i wanted to add to my game but I ran out of time. All the oxygen pickups were great every time I found one I was soo happy and kept diving deeper. Sounds are great. Well done!

Starting off I love the visuals. The grappling hook mechanic was also neat. One criticism I have is that as you go down it becomes extremely hard to see it would have been nice if there was more vision. The flashlight is great but I don't think it should have been a shop item. But other than that the game was great. I loved it :)

This is truly a hidden gem. It's criminal that this only has 5 ratings, this is definitely one of my favorite games of the jam. The amount of polishing and balancing you did in 7 days is insane. Not only does it look beautiful, the sounds and atmosphere is perfect. All the little things you did like having the harpoon push you back a bit so you can microsteer, having a max length on the harpoon gun so you can't cheese oxygen tanks, the fish being like the perfect speed... The only problem I had was I accidentally clicked out of the tutorial at first, and so I didn't know what the pearls looked like at the beginning. But that's more of a user error than anything else. I wish there was more content just because I liked playing it so much, I hope you work on it more after the jam! Amazing work!

im surprised this doesn't have more ratings! the pixel art is superb, and i love the grappling hook mechanic. my only complaint is that once you get far enough, it's near impossible to see the obstacles heading your way. Besides that, this a really good submission. Well done!
Thanks! I really appreciate it, as for the darkness, I did add a flash light (torch) in the shop to help and also made glow sticks generate at lower depths but I will look into this issue after the jam.
The concept is simple and effective, with a great atmosphere that makes you feel like you're sinking into the abyss. Bravo for the work!

Good graphics, though i didn't understand the mechanic of the grappling hook.
Thanks for the feedback!, I wish I had more time to create a proper tutorial, the harpoon gun is used to hook oxygen tanks, get clams for pearls and damage enemies in the lower depths.
