Game's take on the theme
The boses throw their own projectiles to the player, however once they are on the ground the player can pick them up and throw them back to the bosses. They exchange throwing of the projectiles.

Cool animations and use of the theme. Throwing stuff back at supermarket monsters is pretty fun!

Nice little game with a charming spritework! Music is really good touch and reminds me of the ones that playing in the actual molls where I go) Cool game, maybe the arena is little too empty on the last boss.

The idea is cool and it plays fine, but I want to note that all my convases were very crooked and I couldn’t properly see how much health I had left

I liked the visual design of the game, the design of the bosses and their cutscenes. I liked the boss attacks. I wish dash had a cooldown. I noticed that under the player's health bar there is a card that shows the character's abilities, I assume this has something to do with the topic of the exchange, however I would like an answer on how to interact with this :)

Yes you're exactly right about the character's abilities :D

We planned to have the player exchange some abilities with the boss when they're defeated, however complications arose when programming the system and we decided it was best to remove it for the submission to mitigate the bugs. Currently it's not interactable and is just a visual, but in the next update we'll make sure it's implemented 👍

I love the mechanic, So much fun to play, the only thing that bothers me is you can't see the boss's attacks when you are far away from them.

That's a great point, and it probably increases the difficulty of the fights. Keeping it to a static screen sounds like the better alternative, thank you for sharing your insights!

Nice concept and level design, the boss attack is hard to avoid, they appear very quickly and move too fast and the movement needs more polish

There was unfortunately no time for polish making the game incredibly challenging (even as the designers we can barely beat it which is not great).

We'll definitely use these insights when making improvements to our game 👍

You're right, this is most likely not allowed 😔

Unfortunately, we did not have time to replace our placeholder sounds with approved ones, so when the judging time is up we'll update them for the future!

Very fun game, the art is cool and the mechanics are interesting. Unfortunately, there is a bug when trying to shot pills in which you hurt yourself
