I have one question, on the jam's main page is stated that "You are allowed to use media that is not subject to copyright". What does it mean? Can I use music/sound effects that are licenced under Creative Commons 3 licence? Can I use msuic that I have bought from somewhere?

l think you can use any music/sound effects if you have the permission to use it and is not copyright from another game/movie or anything like that.
