-Another favorite of the jam, especially from a cultural perspective. The topic and writing feel very relevant to the current times, a form of activism. The theme shows through the writing. Lots of thorough research here to capture the locations, the Korean and African culture, etc.

and I learned some things too! I can see a version of this where the gardening mechanic could be expanded to make it more interactive, maybe even walking around the garden while talking with the ancestor.

Thank you Tim! We really appreciate your kind words! It would've been nice for sure to expand on the gardening and make it more cozy and in-depth, I definitely agree! :)

Wow this is such a great piece of work! I recall watching the showcase and feeling the emotion and passion you put in this is really amazing, especially with what's going on in your real life.  I also love the cultural history.

Thank you so much for the kind words! ^_^ It's been really cool to see everything come together and be able to put something like this into the world.

The writing was beautiful. I enjoyed learning about Anowa and Eun-Sil. Great work making this come to life. Immortalizing these stories is one of the things that makes game development something sacred to me. Hope you have a safe pregnancy!

heavy agree. the writing captures the the time period and cultures so well, it's hard to believe it's written by one person. phenomenal stuff.

Thank you so much - that is so sweet! :) I am also happy to pin down the stories of diasporas and colonialism across time, the theme of the jam immediately sparked the idea to me and I'm so grateful we were able to make it!
