Another favorite of the jam, especially from a cultural perspective. The topic and writing feel very relevant to the current times, a form of activism. The theme shows through the writing. Lots of thorough research here to capture the locations, the Korean and African culture, etc.

and I learned some things too! I can see a version of this where the gardening mechanic could be expanded to make it more interactive, maybe even walking around the garden while talking with the ancestor.

heavy agree. the writing captures the the time period and cultures so well, it's hard to believe it's written by one person. phenomenal stuff.

Really enjoyed the "connect the dots" mechanic during combat. fun way to use the theme but also, never seen this combo of mechanics done for a turn based combat game! and of course, the art is great.

super clever and unique idea and puzzle mechanic with the plugs and using that for puzzle solving/platforming.  impressive work! lots of polish with the interact elements, the snappiness of the cables. really well done

This was really clever! Using the tongue as a puzzle mechanic to move boxes, catch bullets, eat creatures, etc. I can definitely see how this can be expanded. and playing as a mimic is neat

Love how you incorporate the Okra Stew recipe directly in the game. Lots of nice nods to the theme and food dish in the game.

the game concept feels like it'd be a great fit for some absurdist humor, playing as a baby and solving mysteries in the house. Giving "boss baby"

I found this to be a very interesting premise! I played twice and messed around enough with my "clue" choices that I also got two endings.

There's definitely something here with the premise of being a "death detective" or sorts ala funeral director.

I like this this idea of creating balance through the mechanics. Answering the hypothetical question of - How many trees do u need to have enough oxygen to survive?

most definitely!  you think it would be able to be created/played via emulator?
