Some nice ideas and cool vector art! Good job!

Very cute game.  Glad you the upload working.  My only real complaint was too much contrast between the sound of hitting and the sound of killing.  It was a bit jarring to kill things,

Otherwise, you made a very smooth game.  I liked the design and art work.

Realy cool game. The art style was realy clean and nice. I  loved the idea of the eyes representing the amount of hits they can take. it makes the enemys design cool and functional. got to wave 16. realy cool game. great job ╩

Thanks for playing 😀!

The game itself is very pretty, the art is good. The only thing i could say is that i'd like the normal hit to be a little bit juicier, like the kill is, but overall i liked it pretty much :))

I trully love design, minimalist style and such juiciness

Great game!

I like the enemy design with the eyes a lot. I think the enemies could maybe move a bit more unpredictably and it would be cool to be able to hold right click instead of having to spam, but the core gameplay is very fun.

Maybe the bullets shouldn't go through the crystal so you can't just stay right next to the crystal the entire time, but despite these minor details it's a really neat defending game for a 72 hour game jam!

Thank You for your comment🙂 ! I thought that if the bullets would go through the crystal it will make it easier to kill the enemies . I would definitely improve the game after the jam.

Loved the art style. Gets a little boring with time but it is fun overall, and the idea is similar to my game :P

Would love to see future improvements and an exploration of a plot or story.

Thanks !  I would definitely improve the game. There was a story I was thinking of adding but could not due to the time limit.

Unfortunately I cannot play the game. I believe I know the reasoning why though.

You have uploaded ONLY the .exe file for Unity. You need to upload the entire contents of the folder created (typically in a .zip format) including files such as...

  • GameName_Data (Folder)
  • MonoBleedingEdge (Folder)
  • Game.exe
  • UnityCrashHandler64.exe
  • UnityPlayer.dll

I'm sure if you have these files, you can reach out to BenBonk or a moderator of the Jam, and they will let you reupload so we can try out your game!

I am really sorry 😔,

I didn't check the .zip before uploading. I have re-uploaded the zip and now you can play the game.

I got a chance to play now! Happy you were able to get it re-uploaded.

Overall I really enjoyed the game. I especially like how even by using simple shapes you were able to achieve some diversity in enemies. Effects such as Vignette and Screen Shake are also always a plus! If I were to add some criticism, I would really like to be able to hold the mouse down to fire at a steady speed, as the timing felt a little cumbersome. Other than that, I'm sure with more time you could add more and more to just add to the overall feel of the game (enemy types, animations, etc).

Once again, I really enjoyed the game! Good job!

Thank You !

I don't know if it's just me but the game won't open. Says that UnityPlayer.dll wasn't found

Yep, they uploaded their build files wrong.
