I recently submitted my game to this Jam, but it was disqualified after someone reported that another person had published the same game. That person is actually my partner — we work together on several projects, including this one. I am the main developer of the project, so the disqualification feels quite unfair given the circumstances.

Please help me remove the disqualification from my submission. 

if i understand what is happen, you have be desqualified for using a project make severam days before the game jam are begin, so you have broken the second rule of the game jam

and a pro tip: itch have the option to link one project to diferent acounts… so you don’t need to upload the same game duplicated 😲
