I noticed that Blitz Basic was not listed in the Programming section of the website. Are Blitz Basic submissions allowed? 

Oh, they are definitely allowed!!! I'm not quite sure why I missed listing Blitz Basic but I will fix this asap. Thank you so much for letting me know.
