Insane amount of progress since last time. Much better models, which is great. Character models are uncanny valley dead eyed, which is probably how an actual barista looks like after "Moe Moe Chu"ing the customers all day.

Coop works and is great, though probably needs a word filter for the usual no-no words. Otherwise - it was an absolute shitshow.

Mouse seemed a bit jittery, dunno if it's a browser issue or an MP issue. Also - I randomly deconstructed the table while trying to brew some coffee, maybe you need better keybinds.

Didn't really get to experience the tea brewing mechanics, but I like the "buying more stuff for the cafe" progression.

Also - in MP multiple people can start moemoeing customers, and one player can get "stuck" moeing into oblivion once the customer leaves. That is hilarious, but may not be intentional.

It's still a lot of fun. I'm really looking forward for the next update.

Pretty fun with randos, but solo experience felt repetative.  I really liked online lobby being not limited to the mandatory 4. The only real issue for me, during the gameplay, was the "F" missclicks, especially when i accidentaly packed the kitchen table. I feel like this has some great coop potential, especially with the cafe being split into 2 gameplay loops aka serving food and "servicing" clients (at least that's how it felt to me).

Very charming, and major props for tackling a network browser game! The major issues I ran into are:

- I cannot close the pause menu without also exiting full screen

-pressing F deletes objects, and i accidentally deleted the sign that holds orders while trying to pick up a cappucino (pressing G)

So, I've been following this game since the last DD because this is a game idea I once pitched as well for us to make.

I think this concept of a game is really solid and something that has good appeal. I especially like the idea of packing/unpacking to change your shop layout. This still has some quirks of course, but it was something I liked (I didn't realize why my counters kept disappearing at first though).

Now, regardless of layout and mechanics. Please, don't focus on mechanics for now, but focus on making this game look good first. Yeah yeah, I know gameplay loop is key, but there's no point in spending months on improving the gameplay loop, to then once you have it nailed down, realize you can't make the game look good, either due to lack of assets, or art skills.

This game has amazing content creator potential, but if you can't sell that kawaii visual aspect through screenshots/gameplay, this game will never be able to live up to its potential.

Fun idea, looks cute, and works alright. I like how simple it is to control and do stuff, but how much can be done just like that. Keep at it!

Here are the issues I found:

  • Walking diagonally is significantly faster, unless you want b-hopping maids.
  • "G - Drop/Apply to fridge box" doesn't go away when you successfully apply muffins to fridge.
  • Should be able to add the cup before adding the beans to the grinder, let people play as they please so long as it makes sense, makes for a smoother experience.
  • Similarly, let people insert the cup by just clicking on the machine, no need to make us find the specific spot.
  • Also, let me insert cups while the machine is on. I know I fucked up!
  • Make FOV a number, not a slider, thanks.
  • Right click could make you drop items, since that function is used often, keeps the controls simple.
  • It seems to take a while for the moe moe kyun plaque to appear after serving, which seems odd.
  • Apparently one order of double machiatto with latte failed to register as the right order. Might've something to do with taking multiple orders at the same time.
  • Kinda weird to just interact with the sign to skip to the next day.
