Nice clicker + shmup game. It feels really satisfying to click on those enemies and getting stronger with every item. Graphics are real cute too.
It took a bit to figure out how exactly to deal damage and avoid damage from bosses but once I did I found the game really fun. I find it weird how the slime boss is one of the first 2 that appear since I think he is the hardest one, if only because you have to break your shield while still avoiding his projectile which will all end up on top of each other.
Also whenever there are more than a dozen or so projectiles flying the game really slows the fuck down(and it's not like I play it on a potato or anything), that was especially noticeable when I was fighting the shopkeeper as it felt like I was playing a turn-based game all of a sudden. But I should probably be thankful, I would have never killed that nigga if it wasn't for the slow-down.
I really like it, I'm sure I'll play it again sometime in the future.
I had fun! But also, I cheated, Autoclicker works great. The bossfights where you're avoiding as well as attacking were the best time, but that might've been on account of how hard I was cheating.
I'd appreciate some whackier upgrades in the between level machine, really keep plays on their toes with new playstyles instead of just crossing your fingers and hoping for size and damage. Mostly size. Even with the autoclicker, it was mostly hit and run attacks with an AOE-sized aura that got me through.
Pretty fun once I figured out what is going on. Well polished too.
At first my instinct was to spam click the mouse button, but that would have lead to whatever the equivalent of carpal tunnel is in my mouse finger lol. I assume the design intent is to hold the mouse down, and only click when you need to counter the enemy attacks?
Also hard a hard time with the bosses till I decided to go all in on +size for a run and noticed that the attack hitbox is not restricted to be within the circle and its actually a upward rectangle. beat Green jelly boss, the 3 snakes, and some wizard man with 4 jellies zapping him.
I was told I unlocked a character (Taylor) but when I went to the character select screen I didnt see any new characters unlocked. Closing and booting the game back up fixed it though. Character seems a lot weaker than starting character.
Fun game! Good luck with the game, see potential in it.
This feels really good to click but I'm confused on how I can deal damage to bosses without getting my cursor hit. Should I only be going for shield breaks?
Wait, OK, I realized my problem. I didn't understand you could hold the click button, but I also didn't understand bosses can damage you by hitting the reticle. I couldn't figure out how they did so much damage, but now I get it

Looks interesting, but needs better feedback on what's going on, specially with enemy attacks.

Pretty fun and refined, but I have no idea how to beat the green guy unless I install an autoclicker or something.
Maybe I just can't click fast enough
Hold da click button
