Pleasantly surprised about the animations for everything. You need one for going down platforms too though. Running animation seems a bit unnatural too.
Starting the game with 's' was not immediately obvious. Let the titlescreen at least accept most common inputs (z, x, space, enter) before you explain to the players that 's' will be the accept key from then on.
Was able to press down while in the bed (intro) before dialog even occurred.
Game crashed when trying to warp to 'Northbury Village': "FATAL ERROR in action number 1 of <Unknown Event> for object obj_floor: Unable to find any instance for object index '45' at gml_Room_NorthburyVillage_Create"
Was able to start the boss in the slug house before I had a weapon. When I left the house during the boss battle, the town still had the boss music.
