Nice work! You should prevent the game from closing when attempting to rebind ESC.

Menu text ought to be brighter, and B or C ought to cancel/go back a menu level.

Cool game! I'm not a good player for bullethells but it was good to see what I could see. I like your style and graphics. Filter+scanlines looks sweet and retro, but eyes got tired fast. Also, I suggest you to remove this thing "Esc - close game", it can be really annoying sometimes, consider to add confirmation checks like Esc spawns message "Wanna quit the game, mate? Y - yep, N - nope."
