What do you like about your game?
Since it was my first ever game, i enjoyed the process of learning something new, and seeing the final result it's like seeing your newborn child, thanks for the opportunity

Hi, really good job for your first game ever. The art style choice fits really well with the game genre and helps the overall atmosphere. The movement feels great and the balancing is done quite well in terms of enemies and level design. I'd love if you added the possibility to attack while in air, but it's not that big of a deal at the end, the game felt great even without that.

Overall a really solid game, keep it up, you did a great job <3333

Thanks a lot for the feedback, the fact of the missing attack while mid-air si due to the fact that i had no animations for these actions xD

If it is your first game ever, that is actually very impressive. Sure, the gameplay is kind of generic and some platform sections feel a bit unfair but otherwise the game is very clean and has a lot of features that many other entries lack, like the level selects screen, the option menu, and the jump buffer. The visuals and sounds feel very good and I really like the dash/roll (maybe you can remind the player about that ability the first time they have to use it because I had to go back to the main menu to look at the controls). I also prefer when the jump buffer only registers button presses when they happened right before landing, because sometimes the character jumps when I don't want it.

Overall, that's a pretty solid entry. Well done!

The knight sprite and the knight animations look amazing! The movement and gameplay also feel good and generally fluid and fair. 2 things I didnt really love though

1. The different sprites feel like they pretty varying pixel densities so they clash a little with each other.

2. The gameplay is good but it feels a little to much like other 2D pixel games. Its solid but feels like its been done before. Maybe its missing some type "gimmick"(I dont really know though. It plays surprisingly well :)
