The game is good, the pixelated graphics are very good, the sounds are really perfect and creepy, but there are 2 problems:
1)The game is very difficult, your defense weapon being a shotgun with limited and few bullets, and there are many enemies and they kill you in 5 moves.
2) The screen becomes strange and does not even open on the screen in full screen mode. (picture below)

Yeah, game is difficult, because it's a very short game.
I don't know about the screen in full screen mode. On my PC and my friends the game run in full screen. Sorry.
Objective is to find the key and after open the special door.
