For me this is a bit weird game. I am not totally sure what to do. I mean do I have to kill everybody to save the world, and do I have to do this because they are building a rocket? Okay I tried to kill every one, but I did not succeeded.

That's exactly what you need to do, kill everyone before they reach their escape to another planet.
any recommendations are really appreaciated.
For me it is mainly the story in the game that is a bit weird. I mean would the planet not hope that everyone moved away in a rocket. But that the game feels a bit weird, does not make it bad, it just make it feels different and interesting.
