Really good mechanic reminded me of the reload mechanic of metal gears!
Nice! I like how you used the reloading as the main mechanic instead of the shooting. :)
A couple of sound effects would really spice things up.
The graphics are very nice, cool parallax and reload effect.
Great idea, if there will be some expirience/leveling system it will be even more enjoyable!
Yeah... i would love to. But i actually started doing this like 8 hours before end of jam. There was notime for that. And probably im not going to implement that in scope of this prototype :(

You could raise the difficulty a bit, though, otherwise it's very easy and we barely see the enemies :)
