I really like the concept behind this game. However, other than your character slowing down due to blood loss, it would be very useful to have some kind of visual indicator of exactly how much blood you still have left, so that you can strategize each level better. The game looks great, though, and I love the palette used. It fits the theme perfectly.
The idea is so cool, I love vampires, the player is so fast thought, it might be better if it's a little bit slower, the color choice is working with the idea, it's so ghothic, I love it!
Nice concept but the game is a bit confusing. With an indicator of your blood reserve (i think is that), we will understand why we lose a level.
I couldn't figure out how to get past the stage with two vampires. Love the red/black color palette like VirtualBoy. Magnificent visuals and the music is amazing.
The concept of the game was very interesting, and I am a big fan of the art and music, but the gameplay was slightly confusing.
The low-resolution sprites were detailed enough to make sense and the music was nice to listen to and not out of place. However, I can see at least 3-4 colours used. It was almost impossible to complete many of the levels in less than a few attempts due to not knowing the positions of the vampires, and I only managed to complete the final level through brute force, as there was not much explanation of how the blood loss mechanic works. Despite all this, it was a fun experience.
Overall, an interesting idea with a little more explanation required.
thank you so much for this detailed feedback! I appreciate it and we will definitely work on more explanations!
