It's interesting to have all those type of weapons, and some are really fun to use!
Graphics and music are nice and it really feels like a shoot them up. Aside of that it's quite hard, so I would suggest to put more space between ships because sometime it was impossible to dodge anything.
Anyway, that was great. :)
This was an enjoyable shooter with a pretty cool take on the theme. It would be nice to have a bit of a more tactile indication on when you get hit other than your powerup getting removed, as, in the heat of battle, focus is more on the action than on the bottom left of the screen.
Overall, it's a good entry to the jam with good graphics, sound, and solid gameplay.
Nice rendition of asteroids!
I liked the camera pan on ship movement and the gameplay felt pretty solid. I didn’t see any major bugs or jank. I really liked the song and it fit the game well. Power ups were a nice touch.
It would be nice for there to be more feedback when an enemy is hit. A simple flash and sound effect would do wonders for the juice of the game.
Overall, solid work and I hope you enjoyed working with Godot!
Thank you for playing my game! We did plan to have SFX and feedback on player/enemy hit but we were pretty much on the last hour of the jam. Appreciate the feedback and support!
