The beginning is somewhat hard to get through, due to very strange pacing, seemingly random scene cut-offs and the characters all seeming to share variations of the same personality, but the flaws get ironed out out over time and it eventually becomes an entertaining, cheesy fantasy story that I had a lot of fun with. If that's your kind of thing, I recommend giving it a chance!

(The sequel is also pretty good so far, so that might be another reason to overlook the rough edges at the start)
