Disclaimer: I have played through one route to the end of act one and ended up with Katja.

Loss of .5 Star - it's unfinished, I need more >.>
Loss of .5 Star - I would love a main page thing that unlocked as you progressed that showed you how many of the available scenes you have unlocked similar to the Extras > Library in Katawa Shoujo. 

Thoughts and Feelings:

Amazing game, I am really only saddened so far by the fact that I can't continue the story to see how it goes on. I can't comment on any sexual content as I didn't observe any in my playthrough, though I feel like this game will be able to stand on its own without that. In my personal opinion, it feels like a spiritual sequel to Katawa Shoujo (which is a very good thing). 

I feel like this game goes a good job of including some good advice about working with people with atypical neurology. Especially the advice Father Max gives in the chapel. I look forward to when this game finally releases fully and I can purchase it.
