In full disclosure, I was a player in the playtest of the first edition. This is a nice update to the first edition.  Most of the changes appear cosmetic (because the mechanics were already awesome!) The landscape layout and the art were good choices to make an excellent presentation. The only change I noticed was was the variations to mechanics section, which might open it to longer play, as in number of sessions,  and different play styles. Overall, a solid edition update.
