The game itself is fabulous. If you're a first time purchaser, definitely go for it. The one star rating is entirely to do with datenighto themselves.  I originally purchased this game back in 2015 and absolutely fell in love with it. It wasn't downloadable then, you could only play it in browser. Once it became downloadable however, I was blocked from accessing my game by a paywall. I contacted itchio and they said they'd forward my issue. It's been over a YEAR now and I am still blocked by a pay wall. I refuse to buy a game I already own AGAIN. ESPECIALLY when I wasn't even offered a refund or a voucher to put toward repurchase. And now my entire game is gone regardless. Get the game for the amazing gameplay, story and art and to absolutely support all the talented people who worked very, very hard on it. But be aware that datenighto will absolutely not concern themselves beyond your purchase.
